In appreciation for your loyal patronage, we have built the Ambassador Rewards Program for you, our frequent stay guest. Within the program, we hope to not only show our appreciation for your loyalty, but also to offer each member the incentive to continue to stay with the Ambassador Hotel in Amarillo.

Each member will be assigned an exclusive membership number that will allow us to be able to track your nights with the Ambassador Hotel and award you with American Airlines AAdvantage® Miles.

Dependent upon member level, one free night will be awarded in the form of a voucher to be redeemed at the Ambassador Hotel in Amarillo, TX. Member will be given vouchers for complimentary nights as the nights accumulate plus other great incentives. Bronze Level: After 1 to 20 guestroom nights per calendar year, members are awarded 3 AAdvantage ® miles per folio dollar*, 1 free night’s stay after accumulating 20 guestroom nights, Express Checkout and complimentary newspaper.
Silver Level: After 21 to 40 guestroom nights per calendar year, members are awarded an additional free night’s stay after accumulating 40 guestroom nights, a food and beverage voucher for $10 mailed to the membership address, 3 AAdvantage ® miles per folio dollar*, Express Check-in and Check-out, complimentary newspaper, bottled water and cookies.
Gold Level: After 41 to 50 guestroom nights per calendar year, members are awarded a food and beverage voucher for $15, an additional free night after accumulating 50 guestroom nights, 3 AAdvantage ® miles per folio dollar*, free copy and fax services, Express Check-in and Check-out, complimentary newspaper, bottled water, cookies and a manager's welcome gift during stay.

Platinum Level: After 51 or more guestroom nights per calendar year, members are awarded a food and beverage voucher for $20, an additional free night after each 15 guestroom nights, 3 AAdvantage ® miles per folio dollar*, plus an additional 100 AAdvantage ® miles per stay, free copy and fax services, a complimentary movie or game, Express Check-in and Check-out, complimentary newspaper, bottled water, cookies and manager's welcome gift. Member may also request a complimentary upgrade to the Concierge Level based upon availability.
